Last season WToo started doing separates. We are excited about this as a new option for their line. Many couture designers do separates with varying styles for skirts and tops. Today we are featuring their Primerose top and Poppy bottom.Primerose is a sweetheart lace corset scattered with Swarovski crystals and a lace up back. The skirt, Poppy, is a fun, bustled silky taffeta with a tulle overlay. We love this asymmetrical skirt with the different pick-ups and bustles. The train is chapel length, which when bustled looks like the rest of the skirt.
