This week we decided to pick a classic look from Bliss Monique L'uillier that we have renamed “Julia.” We thought it would be nice to feature a pretty A-line lace gown. The distinctive neckline features lace that scallops slightly above the top of the gown in a unique design. The dress is a full re-embroidered Alençon lace gown with subtle beading. We think this beading is so pretty and delicate with a color that is not typical in bead work. Of course there is tone-on-tone beading that softly shimmers in the light, but the other beading color is a gold/champagne color that provides added depth to the dress.
The hem has a scalloped edge that gives the dress a dainty and feminine feel. If you are a girl that doesn't want a long train this could be a great gown for you because it is a gentle sweep. We also love the covered buttons down the back of the gown.
If you think “Julia” might be your dream dress we would love for you to set up an appointment to come take a look.
